Charlie graduated from the University of Winchester in 2008 where she studied Choreography and Dance. Alongside contemporary she had been training in Street as well as classical styles. Charlie founded Integr8 Dance in 2009 after seeing a lack of high quality dance in the area. She wanted to bring dance to more people and show how much it can change your life. In 2012 she was awarded Hampshire Associate Dance Artist and Winchester Entrepreneur of the year.
Ellie began working for Integr8 Dance in 2017, after graduating with a 1st from East 15 Acting School. She has worked professionally in London and internationally, writing and staring in shows in the West End. She teaches a wide range of Dance styles for Integr8, choreographs competition crews and has created a youth physical theatre company ‘Flame’.
Having received a grant from the Hampshire Waste Prevention service, Ellie has co-created the puppetry show ‘Trashmouth’, an educational theatre show about waste prevention and management, which is currently touring schools in Hampshire.
Mitch has been dancing since the age of 6 and started off training in Ballet, Modern and Tap. Mitch began dancing with Integr8 7 years ago and he loved training with the company so much that he decided to pursue a career in teaching. He began his career with Integr8 as their very first Apprentice which then allowed him to work his way up within the company. Mitch specialises in Commercial and working with children with additional needs, choreographs for our crews Dynamic & Impact as well as coaches our junior cheerleading team along side one of our other coaches, Ellie. Mitch is also one of our main teachers for our disability program here at Integr8 Dance and works hard to ensure dance is accessible for everyone. He loves working closely with local schools to ensure all children have a positive experience in every dance class. Mitch’s favourite part of teaching is seeing the progression in the children’s performances and confidence, like his own as he grew with Integr8.
Mitch is currently working on his British Sign Language qualification which he hopes to one day pass along to some of his students and colleagues.
Brittany is a former Professional Dancer turned Choreographer and Teacher. Her professional choreographic and Assistant Directorial credits include The Show Palace’s production of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Pure Talent Celebrities touring revue show – Sizzle Las Vegas and Kiss Me Kate at Titchfield Festival Theatre.
She has performed with Disney Live Entertainment, onboard Holland America’s Nieuw Amsterdam and Eurodam under the direction of RWS Entertainment Group, onboard the Carnival Sensation, at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg and at The Show Palace Dinner Theater in their productions of Beauty and the Beast (Enchantress/Ensemble) and A Chorus Line (Judy). Brittany has performed alongside artists including Nicki Minaj, Ne-Yo, Anne Steele and Telihana, was a member of the Hip Hop/Contemporary company Jamie J. & Co and trained at the prestigious Broadway Dance Center in New York City.
In 2019, Brittany created an online community to support, inspire and empower dancers in all stages of their unique dance journeys. The A Dancer’s Guide Podcast series features a different Professional guest each episode and shares their experiences with listeners all over the world.
At Integr8, she leads the Performance Company and Teaching Assistants Programme and teaches Ballet, Tap, Contemporary and Musical Theatre.

Zoe graduated from the University of Winchester 2009 with a degree in choreography and dance and now works part time with Integr8 Dance. At University Zoe was part of student contemporary dance company D@win and after graduating was commissioned to return and choreograph a piece on the company’s new members. She has also danced with Neptune Girls in a number of performances including promotional work for Bench clothing. Other performance and choreographic work has included; performing with stage door productions at Disneyland Paris in 2008, Promotional work for Toni & Guy in 2007, choreographing and performing in contemporary dance show The Ascent of Woman at the Edinburgh festival in 2006 and performing at a variety of theatres and hotels in Kent with company Stage Express.
Caitlin joined Integr8 Dance as our apprentice in 2019, and now teaches for Integr8 full time. At 3 years old Caitlin took ballet classes whilst living in France and enjoyed ballet until moving back to the UK where she continued dancing and took up contemporary and street dance. In 2017 Caitlin joined the Integr8 family as a dancer and that is where she also began assisting dance classes and focusing on street dance. Her interest in different styles of dance urged her to study Dance at college and ultimately successfully become Integr8’s second apprentice.
Lauren studied dance and performing arts at Eastleigh College and has a National Diploma in Dance, finishing top of her class. She was a dance teacher in Southampton and Romsey for 7 years prior to joining Integr8 and is experienced in teaching a variety of ages and abilities in all genres of hip hop. She has performed at Strictly Come Dancing charity events as well as on The One Show and The Voice kids. At Integr8 Dance company, she teaches street dance classes for children and really enjoying her experience so far.
Dani started dance at the age of 4 and has been part of the Integr8 family for over 11 years. She knows a variety of styles including street, contemporary, latin and ballroom and musical theatre and has taken part in multiple large performances over the years receiving lead roles and helping with choreography. Dani has also compete in Street Dance competitions from a very early age in solos, duos and crews and has placed and won in many categories. She achieved a Distinction BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Musical Theatre at college and has now received a Level 3 Dance Certificate as well. After travelling and pursuing other interests she is extremely excited to be back with the Integr8 team, now as a full time teacher. Running after school clubs, crew sessions, drama lessons and our Chance to Dance clubs. She will be touring Primary schools all over Hampshire, alongside Ellie, performing ‘Trash Mouth’, a puppet show about waste prevention.

Rebeckah has been a fan of the stage from a young age. She has been dancing since the age of four in Modern Jazz. She went to college in Weymouth, Dorset to study Performing Arts for one year and trained in Dance for two years. She has recently graduated from the University of Winchester in Choreography and Dance. Beckah runs some of our Street Dance after school clubs.
Jade has been dancing since she was 3 years old and has always loved performing on stage, working professionally since a young age. She has also trained in gymnastics, figure skating and drama. Jade attended Starlite Theatre School, Liverpool Theatre School and later recieved a degree in Dance & Choreography at Falmouth University. Jade has directed numerous productions at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, all which recieved 4/5* professional reviews, she has led and judged at Dance and Cheerleading competitions and some of her professional work includes ‘Blood Brothers’, ‘Les Miserables’, TV – ‘Grange Hill & Hollyoaks’. In 2016, Jade opened her own theatre school in Cornwall, offering classes in all disciplines. Shortly after becoming director and coming from a gymnastics background, Jade wanted to bring cheerleading into her timetable and decided to train with BGU to become a qualified cheerleading coach. After one year, Jade was representing three cheerleading squads and numerous dance teams internationally at prestigious competitions and conventions worldwide. Her cheerleading team became European Grand Champions at Disneyland Paris and Barcelona and Jade hasn’t long returned from Los Angeles at the Dance Excellence Convention achieving amazing results and finding professional contracts for her students. Jade has recently relocated to Hampshire and is looking forward to bringing her skills and expertise to Integr8 Dance and she is VERY excited to watch the Cheerleading teams grow, develop and achieve in the future.
Maisie is a dance practitioner, teacher, and researcher who graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Dance Practice. She is currently studying her PhD in movement for pain management at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Birmingham City University. Her passion for dance began at a very young age and has inspired her research interests within academia and her practice. Maisie has been a guest lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and The University of Winchester for the past few years, sharing her research and dance practice with Undergraduate students. Alongside her Undergraduate studies at The University of Winchester, Maisie performed in several music videos, shows, live performances and a dance film collaborating with the Media department and Choreography and Dance Department. She has performed in various dance companies including The Point Youth Dance Company, and performed as part of the CAT scheme at The Place London Contemporary Dance School. Maisie has experience in Street, Hip-Hop, Latin, Ballroom, Freestyle, Contemporary dance, Improvisation and Somatic Practice meaning her background experience has influenced her varied approaches to choreography and movement.
Samantha started dancing at a very early age, taking part in ballet and modern and tap. She also took part in gymnastics and trampolining and competed into her teenage years with these sports.
In 2006 she went onto Laine Theatre Arts performing college at the age of 16 where she completed three years of Musical Theatre and Dance training. Not long after graduating with a diploma she went on to tour the world as a dancer on P&O cruise ships on “Oriana” . Between Contracts she enjoyed taking part in Pantomimes with “Qdos Entertainment” And “First Family”
She Taught and Choreographed for “Surrey Youth Ballet” and assisted Stiletto/Holland American European Auditions with “Stiletto Ents” Sam’s last professional appearance was “Wicked” where she toured Internationally and Around the UK as Dance captain and swing. Sam is very excited to be teaching for Integr8 Dance, where she will be teaching after school clubs and helping in the office and workshops and shows.

Natalie has worked with Integr8 Dance since 2014. Her current role as HR/ Office Manager see her responsible for the delivery of a full range of human resource services as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office. Natalie holds a Level 3 Diploma in HR Management which she recently completed during lockdown.
Charlie has a background in recruitment and line management having worked in the UK and Australia. More recently she worked at the University of Winchester assisting students to gain experience through undertaking voluntary work. Charlie is loving her role as Schools Relationship Manager for Integr8 working alongside the team supporting the amazing work they are doing to bring dance and movement to children in local schools. She is excited to grow the business and build new relationships with many more schools and organisations. In her spare time Charlie can be found walking her dog, running and of course dancing…but only in her kitchen!
Spencer, aka ‘Suspence’, from Born to Rock crew hosts the breaking classes. Spencer started breaking back in 1983, his crew Born to Rock have been heavily involved in the resurrection of the UK breaking scene. Spencer has been hosting projects, workshops and regular classes since 1995 and has taught and performed abroad too. Students in Spencer’s classes can expect to learn the skills of a B-Boy (Break-Boy) or B-Girl, with a heavy focus on style and originality, and of course what part breakers play in the Hip Hop culture. As well as the physical skills Spencer’s also passes on to his students the psychological methods for learning and performing with confidence.
Simeon Campbell was born in Greenwich, South east London where he grew up as the only hearing member of his family, due to deafness effecting his mother, father and both siblings. As a teenager studied at ‘Greenwich Musical Theatre Academy’ followed by ‘Negus Post 16’ where he received distinctions for BTEC First and National Diploma for performing arts. During this time, he had also established himself in the hip hop dance community with his own dance troupe ‘Ruthless’ who went on to become recognised around the UK and Europe for their choreographic talent. Upon graduation, he then furthered he’s skills with teaching hip hop choreography at various places around the UK and Europe, travelling to places like Sweden, Poland, Spain to share a style that was quickly becoming recognised as his own and considered to be quite unique. At 21 he received his first job as a commercial dancer, Appearing on ITV’s ‘Xfactor’ Performing with Alexandra Burke – ‘bad boys’ after being spotted at an audition by American choreographer ‘Frank Gatson’ who had worked with the likes of Michael Jackson and Beyoncé. Since then he has since Performed with the like of Whitney Houston on Xfactor –‘Million dollar bill’, worked with Beyoncé and her Team at the ‘I am Sasha fierce’ tour at the o2 in 2009. Performed at the London 2012 Olympic opening ceremony selected by choreographer ‘Kenrick Sandy’ and from that had gone on to perform with Rita Ora – ‘That’s how we do’ on BBC’s Jonathan Ross Show. Simeon is known for his understanding of musicality and ability to break down his style of hip hop/lyrical hip-hop, and strives to ensure that every student takes something from each class and workshop.
Katie has been dancing since the age of three; learning Ballet, Tap and Modern syllabus. After studying a GCSE in dance she went onto Poole College where she achieved triple distinction in her BTEC National Diploma. Here, Katie broadened her knowledge of dance styles through performing Contemporary, Jazz and Street dance. From there she moved to London where she attended Middlesex University to study for a Degree in dance.
